Cancellation Window
Orders can typically be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipped Orders
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return eligible items once they arrive. Please review our Refund Policy for detailed return instructions.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
