Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

International Shipping
ZOPETI ships to select international destinations.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
ZOPETI is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- ZOPETI is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at

- Please include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used pet health and hygiene products
- Personalized or custom-made items

- Gift cards or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
