30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when received
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and prepaid return label.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at
zopeti.help@gmail.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Our team will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used pet health and hygiene products
- Personalized or custom items
- Perishable or consumable goods (supplements, treats, etc.)
- Hazardous or flammable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, first complete a return for the original item.
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.
This ensures faster processing and accurate tracking.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — no explanation required.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
